How we handle visits and inquiries
This notice applies when you browse the NHE website or submit a project inquiry. We collect only what is transparent, proportionate and necessary for the service.

Information you provide, such as your name, company or brand, phone, WeChat, email, target market and project requirements, plus basic request and technical diagnostic data provided by our cloud infrastructure to prevent abuse and maintain the service.
Automatic language selection
On a first visit, the website uses the language preference sent by your browser to select Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese or Korean. After automatic matching or a manual selection, a functional cookie named nhe-locale is stored on this device for up to 12 months. It remembers only the website language and is not used for cross-site tracking.
Anonymous visit analytics
To understand product interest and improve loading experience, we store randomly generated anonymous visitor and short-lived session identifiers in this browser and record the country or region code, pages viewed, external referring domain, interface language, device type, engaged time while a page is visible, and page-experience metrics such as LCP, INP and CLS. The identifiers are used only to deduplicate visits on this site and contain no name or contact details. We do not store raw IP addresses, precise cities or full browser identifiers in analytics, and we do not create cross-site fingerprints.
How we use it
To answer inquiries, confirm product requirements, prepare samples or quotations, arrange follow-up communication, and protect the website and inquiry service.
Storage and sharing
Inquiry and media metadata is stored on the cloud infrastructure used by this website. We do not sell personal information. We share it only when necessary to operate the service, meet legal duties, or with your consent.
Retention
Anonymous page-view records are kept for up to 90 days. Daily aggregates with session identifiers removed may be kept for up to 12 months. Inquiry information is kept only as long as needed for project communication, business records or applicable legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you submitted. We may verify your connection to the information before acting on a request.
Children
This website is intended for business purchasing and cooperation, not for children.
